Asian Festival of children's content (2020)
I was contacted by Singapore Book Council (though my school) to help them with their 2020 edition of their motion Graphic opening.
They wanted their main visual to be turned into an opening for their AFCC web events. The assets were given to me to animate and below is the result of the animation.

Storyboarding process
Below you can see the storyboarding process for AFCC's 2020 Intro.
I thought "What was the string of visual cues the audience would look at first" . The audience would first be drawn to the most obvious thing with is the girl in the bubble then follow the river down the illustration. Following that flow I decided to reverse engineer it and follow along the river. So there would be all the tiny landscape features popping up. When the landscape is finally set, the flying elements would emerge finalizing the visual.
